As winter arrives, it invites us to turn inward and find balance in the stillness. This Winter Edition of the Discover Harmony Workshop is designed to support your well-being through a holistic blend of practices, nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. Over the course of approximately 3 and a half hours, you will experience a combination of ancient wisdom and modern techniques, including yoga, sound bathing, and more, all aimed at aligning you with the peaceful energy of the season.
Workshop Overview
This workshop is thoughtfully designed to offer you practical tools for finding balance and harmony throughout the winter months. I will guide you through a series of practices designed to restore your energy, calm your mind, and soothe your body. Drawing from the wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this experience will provide you with a deep sense of relaxation and renewal, preparing you for the colder season.
What You Will Experience

Pratyahara Practice: A powerful practice to withdraw the senses and create space for inner awareness, helping you connect more deeply with yourself.

Dharana and Dhyana Practices: Focused concentration (Dharana) and deep meditation (Dhyana) to cultivate mindfulness and promote clarity, calming the mind and fostering inner peace.

Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga: Gentle, restorative poses that promote relaxation, aligned with Reiki healing energy to restore balance and flow.

Sound Bathing: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound, using instruments and frequencies to resonate with your energy, clearing blockages and promoting deep relaxation and alignment.

Warm Meal from Ida: A nourishing, seasonal dish to bring warmth and comfort as you integrate the practices.
